We call Synastry to the relationship of 2 or more birth charts and how they interact with each other.

You can do synastry between you and your mother, you and your boss, you and your siblings, etc.

It is very popular to do synastry for couples, since this helps us understand the dynamics that one has with the other, that is, how compatible their energies are.

I use synastry as a tool that helps the relationship to understand each other better and understand what the love languages of each of them are, how they think, what attracts them, what expands them, what areas activate one of the other and vice versa, and thus reflect on how they can live together with this information.
